First, let’s get to know each other beforehand in a short call / casual setting and talk about expectations and values. We want you to feel comfortable.
Apply for a position by telling us what you’re looking for. Once we receive your application and your skill-set matches our requirements, we’ll reach out to you for the next step.
Next you’ll work on case studies with two colleagues in which we’ll solve engineering-relevant problems together.
This will give you a chance to learn from our most valued team members and also give us the opportunity to assess your competencies, technical skills and problem-solving approaches in practice. We’ll determine which & skill-level fits you best. We care about your personality just as much as we care about your technical skills.
At & we live an open feedback culture. We want to support your personal and professional growth even if we aren’t a perfect fit. No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think and give you honest feedback in less than a week.
In case of a fit, you will receive a verbal offer of employment via phone and you’ll be sent your employment contract for reviewing and signing via mail. If we think that we are not a good fit, you will still get valuable feedback from us on how to improve.
After an offer is accepted, your journey at & begins with the orientation phase. As a new team member, you will go through an onboarding process with support from your personal buddy and your team, who will help you settle into your new position.
